增压器涡轮与主轴的摩擦焊接

摘    要:用正交试验法对高温含量GH2132(涡轮)与调质钢42CrMo(主轴)摩擦焊工艺参数进行优化,测定了接头组织及性能。结果表明,摩擦焊接头的各项性能均达到设计要求,机车实际运行距离远远超过20万km。

Abstract:The paper optimizes the parameters in friction welding of high temperature alloy GH2132 and tempered steel 42CrMo by the orthogonal experiment method. The microstructures and properties of the joints are determined. Tile results indicate that all properties of the friction welding joints have reached the design larget. The distance of the train motion is far more than 200 000 km.
