| 摘 要： | 本文在分析各种深孔内窥方法的基础上，根据系统使用的条件选择了电子内窥方案，并进行了系统设计。为保证光电系统正常工作，结合工况的使用条件和要求，选择和设计了实用的冷却系统与温控装置。
