摘    要:为了克服现有棉纤维水分测量方法中 ,烘箱法存在耗能费时、直流电阻法存在测试结果稳定性较差等缺陷 ,提出基于交流阻抗法的棉纤维水分快速测试新方法 .实验发现 ,其测试结果 (电测值 )与棉纤维实际回潮率呈非线性相关 .通过多元非线性回归分析 ,建立了棉纤维电测值与回潮率值的多元非线性回归模型 .经稳定性分析与误差分析 ,证实了该回归模型能够较好地拟合棉纤维回潮率值 .回归模型的建立 ,为基于交流阻抗法的智能型棉纤维水分快速测试仪设计打下了基础

Abstract:In the practice of cotton fiber moisture content test, several problems have been encountered with the traditional methods, such as significant amount of consumer in energy and time over the oven method and large scatter of data over the direct-resistance method. In this article, a new test method, named as alternating-resistance (AR) method, is proposed to overcome such drawbacks. While providing a quick measurement of moisture content in the cotton fibers, a nonlinear behavior of relative-moisture-gain vs. voltage reading revealed. The author herrrein thus demonstrates a nonlinear multi-variable regression analysis to quantify such a relation between the relative-moisture-gain and voltage reading. Statistic analysis is further performed to estimate the error. It is verified that the resulted regression equation best fits the experimental data of relative-moisture-gain in the cotton fibers, which provides a necessary base to the design of instrument for AR quick moisture test.
