摘    要:利用阻抗方法观察低氧对血液细胞介电性能的影响,将实验动物分成平原对照组和模拟低氧组,采用Agilent4294A阻抗分析仪测量小鼠血液细胞交流阻抗,通过细胞介电谱、Cole-Cole图、介电损耗因子频谱、损耗角正切频谱以及Cole-Cole方程的曲线拟合分析,得到如下结果:(1)小鼠模拟海拔5km低氧4周后,模拟高原组的低频介电常数ε1和介电增量△ε较平原对照组分别增加57%和59%.(2)模拟高原组的低频电导率k1和高频电导率Eh较平原对照组分别降低49%和11%.因此,模拟高原低氧引起小鼠血液细胞介电性能增加和导电性能降低.
