摘    要:用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了康定鼠尾草药材中8种元素(钙、铜、铁、锰、锌、镁、铅、镉)的含量。结果表明,康定鼠尾草药材中含有较丰富的镁、钙、铁,该法灵敏度高、快速、准确,所测数据可为康定鼠尾草药材的合理利用提供可靠依据。

Abstract:The conent of eight elements in Salvia prattii, was determined by flame - atomic absorption spectrometry. The result showed that the content of Mg, Ca and Fe in Salvia prattii was abundant. The method offers high sensitivity, speediness, high - speed and exactness, and the data provide an accurate and credible evidence for reasonable use of Salvia prattii.
