摘    要:本文以汽车后桥总成为研究对象,应用故障诊断技术确定了不合格产品的故障原因与主噪声源.为提高产品质量指明了主攻方向.本文还简要介绍了我们新研制的减噪装置及其减振降噪性能.

Abstract:Here, we use the technique of faultdiagnosis to determine the fault-cause for unqualified products and the main source of the noise, taking the rear axle assembly of automobiles as the object of study. So the orientation of scientific research could be clarified for improving the quality of products. We also briefly introduce a kind of noise silencer which we have developed recently, imitating the operating mode for the main source of the noise, and its vibration and noise reducing properties.
