Abstract: | Abstract In the paper Authors analyse the possible ways of phase nucleation and the mechanisms of crystal growth, which suggest that, if we use as sp3 orbitals organized carbon source, diamond nucleation and growth by the way of spiondal decomposition and volumetic coalescence may take place. Such a process may be analysed as semihydrothermal-metalotheric coalescence may take place. Such a process may be analysed as semihydrothermal-metalothermal high pressure liquid phase epitaxy (MHPLPE) in separated autoautoclaves. |
