| Abstract: | Abstract Single and multiple quantum wells (QWs) of CdTe/Cd1?xZnxTe, of different composition (x), grown on a Cd1?xZnxTe (001) substrate are studied by Raman spectroscopy at low temperature, under resonance conditions. Two of the three phonon deformation potentials (PDPs) of the LO phonon of CdTe are calculated using the observed phonon frequency shifts due to a lattice-misfit bisotropic strain. |
