| Abstract: | Abstract Lattice parameters of SrFCl have been measured by powder x-ray diffraction up to 38 GPa. Furthermore, energy levels and crystal field parameters of Sm2+ in SrFCl have been determined from fluorescence spectra at 100 K under pressures up to 10 GPa. |
