| Abstract: | Abstract Diamond and c-BN commonly called “super-hard materials” are characterized by exceptional properties. Such materials are promising for new developments, in particular c-BN due to its ability to be n or p-doped. In such a way we have focused our effort in two aspects: -new routes for the h-BN → c-BN conversion, -original fluxes able to favour the elaboration of crystallites free of defects. |
