| 摘 要： | 专升本院校图书馆存在“五个不相适应”的问题，即：馆员素质与图书馆地位提升不相适应；图书馆现有藏书数量、质量与院校升格扩招不相适应；图书馆自动化建设与社会进步不相适应；图书馆经费投入与自身发展需求不相适应；图书馆服务水平与读者需求不相适应。提出了专升本院校图书馆发展的几条基本策略，即：明确目标，努力构建网络化、数字化、开放式图书馆；加大投入，不断提高图书馆馆藏文献的数量和质量；开拓创新，着力增强图书馆立体化、多元化服务效能；加强学习，全面提升图书馆人员综合素质。
