广州市建筑业各类企业投入产出分析

运用柯布一道格拉斯(Cobb-Douglas)投入产出模型对2001年广州市建筑业企业数据进行分析。结果表明。内资国有企业、有限责任企业、集体企业和私营企业形成市场的主体；产出相对于劳动力的弹性要明显大于它相对于资本的弹性；生产函数关系呈略微递减的回报规模；生产技术效率方面。内资有限责任企业和国有企业的总体表现较好。而股份合作企业和集体企业效率表现欠佳.

Establishment and assessment of the economic production model of the construction industry in Guangzhou

This paper proposes an input-output model approach to the conduct of a quantitative analysis of the data of the construction industry company in GZ in 2001. The result shows that the state owned enterprises,limited liability company, collective owned enterprises and private enterprises which are all belong to the internal capital enterprises form the main part of the market. The output elasticities of labor are obviously larger than that of capital. The production function is slightly decreasing returns to scale. The production efficiencies of limited liability company and state owned enterprises are better, while the production efficiencies of cooperative operation with share holding and collective owned enterprises are worse.
