Application of Fuzzy Sets in Urban Traffic Control |

| Abstract: | Abstract This paper applies fuzzy sets to a urban traffic system, and applies fuzzy control method to the urban traffic system, and makes an improvement in Pappis and Mamdani's control method. Computer simulations show that fuzzy sets can be applied to traffic control systems successfully and the method this paper proposed is more valid than traditional control methods. |
