摘    要:在CHI—DMB手性柱上对一种新型有机膦衍生物进行了手性分离.分别考察了在正己烷流动相中不同种类的醇类添加剂以及不同的醇浓度对手性分离的影响.同时,通过研究溶质的立体结构因素对手性分离的影响,探讨了该有机膦衍生物在CHI—DMB柱上的手性识别机理.

Abstract:A novel organic phosphonate derivative was enatioseparated on the CHI-DMB column, using hexane with different alcohols as mobile phase. The influence of different polar alcohol modifiers, different concentration of polar alcohol modifiers, and the steric structure of the alcohol modifier in mobile phase on the retention and selectivity was investigated. The results indicated that the hydrogen-bonding between CSP and solute might be the predominant fac- tor for the chiral recognition on CHI-DMB column. The steric structure of the alcohol modifier also showed some influence but it does not change the essentials for the enantioseparation of the organic phosphonate derivative.
