| Abstract: | For a unital ring  , RCFM denotes the ring of row and column finite matrices over  indexed by  . We give necessary and sufficient structural conditions on RCFM which are equivalent to  being, respectively, Quasi-Frobenius, left artinian, and left noetherian. |
