| 摘 要： | 建立了测定粘胶型石膏绷带含量的方法。采用络合滴定法对半水石膏含量进行测定,考察了供试液制备方法,指示剂等因素。结果表明,络合滴定法能快速有效检测出半水石膏含量,滴定终点清晰,误差小,相对标准偏差RSD为1%,平均回收率为99.8%。所建立的检测方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,重现性好,能有效地控制粘胶型石膏绷带的质量。

| Abstract: | A new complexometric titration method for analyzing the concentration of hemihydrate gypsum in the viscose type of plaster bandage was proposed in this paper. The concentration of hemihydrate gypsum was measured by the complexometric titration method. The solution preparation method and the indicator were tested. The results showed that the concentration of hemihydrate plaster bandage can be quickly determined by the complexometric titration method. In addition to the fast speed, other advantages of this method include clear end point of titration and small error. The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1% and the average recovery is 99.8%. This method is simple, rapid, accurate, reliable and has good repeatability, which is suitable for the quality control in manufacturing viscose type of plaster bandage. |
