红外吸收光谱法测定钒铝合金中的碳和硫

摘    要:通过工作曲线法、增量法、回收率实验、重复性实验等研究,验证了红外吸收光谱法测定钒铝合金中碳、硫结果的准确度,从而确立了无标准样品情况下测定钒铝合金中碳、硫的红外吸收光谱分析方法。通过测定标准样品并与实际值对照得知方法准确度高,误差小,实用性强。

Abstract:In this paper, the accuracy of the infared determination of carbon and sulfur in vanadium alloy were tested by working curve method, incremental method, recovery test and repeatability experiment. A new infrared absorption analysis methodology without using standard for determination of carbon and sulfur in the anadium aluminum alloy was establised. The standard sample was tested and the comparison of the result for the standard sample with the verified value indicated that the method has high accuracy, small error and high practicability.
