| Abstract: | This paper presents an improved modal superposition method for computing eigenvector derivatives in which the contribution due to the unavailable higher modes to the eigenvector derivatives is considered. The proposed approach not only improves the accuracy previously published method, but also provides error estimates for the computed results. |
