| Abstract: | From the view of transaction costs,the problem of SMEs gaining capital from bank is analyzed.It is considered that,the existence of transaction costs enlarges the SMEs＇ difficulty of access to bank funding,and measures to reduce transaction costs could relieve the problem of financing to a certain extent. |
