摘    要:通过研究不同表面活性剂对Al3+-莫西沙星体系紫外特性的影响,发现十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)对该体系有显著的增敏作用;系统研究了CTMAB-Al3+-MXFX反应体系的紫外特性,利用这一反应体系,建立了简单、快速、灵敏的测定莫西沙星的紫外分光光度法,选择了最佳实验条件,并将此方法用于莫西沙星片剂的测定,结果满意.

Abstract:Effect of different surfactants on the UV intensity of Al3+-MXFX have been studied. Is Cetyl Trimethy-lammonium Bromide(CTMAB)can increase the UV intensity of Al3+-MXFX is discovered. Based on this reaction,the reaction conditions in detail and proposed a simple,rapid and sensitive new method for the determination of MXFX by UV method is inve stigated. This method has been applied for the determination of MXFX in tablet with satisfactory results.
