| 摘 要： | 介绍了倍压整流电路的原理，通过protel 99 se软件进行了半波、信克尔和对称倍压整流电路的仿真，并对以上3种电路的仿真结果进行了分析和比较．总结出三种倍压整流电路的特点，以及各自适用于哪种高压电路．

| Abstract: | The principles of voltage doubling rectifier circuit have been introduced.Three kinds of voltage doubling rectifier circuit(half wave,Schenkel and symmetric voltage doubling rectifier circuit) were simulated based on Protel 99 se.And the simulate result have been analyzed and compared.The characteristics of three kinds of voltage doubling rectifier circuit could be concluded,and voltage doubling rectifier circuit is preferred in the different high voltage circuit. |
