| 摘 要： | 本文提出以比磨削功率P_g作为磨削烧伤适应控制参数,推出了一种使用单板计算机的磨削烧伤适应控制系统,用以对磨削加工过程实行实时控制,以预测和避免磨削加工中烧伤现象的发生。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the specific grinding power P'_g is adopted as the parameter of adaptive control of grinding burn. In order to control the grinding process in line, the author designed and established an adaptive control system using micro-computer, which can identify and avoid the grinding burn automatically. |
