摘    要:提出一种基于模拟图像视频信号处理的显微镜自动聚焦方法,直接截取图像的视频信号进行实时处理,得到正确聚焦与否的判据参数,实现自动聚焦,并给出了以视频信号的电平差分绝对值之和作为聚焦评价函数.该方法具有功耗低、聚焦快等特点.

Abstract:A method of microscope auto-focus is proposed based on the video signal processing for simulated image. The video signals from the directly intercepted image are real-time processed, by which the focus determination is conducted, and auto-focus is thus achieved. Also presented in this paper is the criterion function given by the sum. of the absolute values of voltage difference in the video signal. This method has a few advantages such as low power consumption and time-saving. Some technical points are made regarding the proposed method, along with the experimental results provided.
