| 摘 要： | 模拟了主要因素作用下的结垢过程,得到渐进型污垢热阻随时间变化曲线.随着流速的减小,换热表面温度、溶液温度、硬度、碱度、pH值的增大,结垢速率增大,渐进污垢热阻增大.并从污垢形成机理角度分析了各因素对结垢过程的影响.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the influences of different parameters on the fouling process were simulated. The asymptotic fouling curves varying with time were obtained. The fouling rate and asymptotic fouling resistance increase with the fluid velocity decreasing and the increasing of heat transfer surface temperature, solution temperature, hardness, alkalinity and pH of the solution. The influences of different parameters on the fouling process were analyzed to understand fouling mechanisms. |
