压出过程中内胎胶流动特性的研究

摘    要:应用Monsanto加工性能试验机(MPT)对内胎胶试样进行了压出流变性能试验。在实验条件下,考察试样熔体的流动特性及其影响因素,并作了初步的分析和讨论。实验发现,该溶体的流动行为大体上符合幂定律;而溶体粘度对温度的依赖性则近似地可由Arrhenius方程描述。

Abstract:Some extrusion rheology experiments for rubber tube co-mpound are carried out by using a Monsanto Processability Tester(MPT). the experimental conditions being given, the flow properties ofthe sample melt and their influent factors are investigated, initialanalysis and discussion are also made in this paper. It is found in theseexperiments that the flow curves are approximately in keeping withthe power law; and the dependence of the melt viscosity on temper-ature can be generally described by means of the Arrhenius equaitn.
