杭白菊和杭黄菊挥发油的GC-MS分析

摘    要:通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测杭白菊和杭黄菊的挥发油化学成分,分别从杭白菊和杭黄菊挥发油中分离鉴定出59种和65种化合物,其主要成分为单萜、倍半萜及其含氧衍生物.

Abstract:The essential oil in Hangbaiju and Hanghuangju, the flowers of Chrysanthemum morifolium from different habitats and qualities, were analyzed by GC-MS. Fifty-nine compounds accounting for over 83% were isolated and identified from Hangbaiju, and sixty-five accounting for over 77 % from Hanghuangju.
