| 摘 要： | 用原子吸收分光光度法测定了香菇柄中的微量元素。结果表明,香菇柄中含有人体所必需的Fe、Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Mn、K七种微量元素,其中Fe、K、Ca、Zn的含量比较高。
