The structure of non-completely regular spaces

F.B. Jones has proved that for many different topological properties P if there exists a non-normal space with property P then there exists a non-completely regular space Y with property P. In this paper we study the topological structure of the space Y and we characterize the topological spaces with a similar structure to that possessed by Y.
