Abstract: | A new compound, nigeglanine (1), and its new artificial derivative (1a), were isolated from the seeds of Nigella glandulifera, together with a known aporphine alkaloid, fuzitine (2). Their structures were established by spectral analysis, including two-dimensional (2D)-NMR spectroscopy. Nigeglanine (1) is the third natural product determined to contain an indazole nucleus. |
