| 摘 要： | 文章探讨掠发射 X射线荧光强度与 X射线管阳极高压的关系。依据实验结果 ,掠发射 X射线荧光强度随 X射线管阳极高压的增大而增加 ,因此采用高的 X射线管阳极高压 ,有利于减小 X射线荧光的测量时间 ,提高掠发射 X射线荧光分析的速度

| Abstract: | The dependence of the intensity of grazing emission X-ray fluorescence on the anode voltage of X-ray tube has been investigated.According to the investigation,the higher the anode voltage of X-ray tube,the more intensive the grazing emission X-ray fluorescence,and the less time the process of X-ray fluorescence analysis needs. |
