| 摘 要： | 分析了居中球形整流罩的波像差和偏心球形整流罩的波像差。为了分析共形整流罩的一般像差特性,建立了不同类型的整流罩模型,重点分析了像散和彗差,讨论了一阶和五阶像差,并与球形整流罩和偏心球形整流罩的相应像差做了比较。分析了长宽比、边缘厚度与顶点厚度比对像差的影响。

| Abstract: | The wavefront aberrations are introduced by a centered spherical dome.The aberration of different kinds of conformal dome is studied.The common aberrations of conformal optical domes are characterized,and the results show that similar aberrations can be found in the decentered systems.The terms associated with astigmatism and Coma are given out.The one-order and higher-order aberrations are discussed.The behavior of the aberrations as a function of the dome fineness ratio,edge to vertex thickness ratio is analyzed. |
