抗变链菌IgY防龋作用的形态学观察

摘    要:目的:了解抗变链菌IgY(抗变形链球菌鸡蛋黄抗体IgY)及膏体IgY(抗变链菌IgY被包裹于牙膏体)对体外培养变形链球菌形态的影响和对大鼠口腔病原菌的抑制作用。方法:(1)分别用抗变链菌IgY(浓度为0.015%、0.08%和0.15%)和膏体抗变链菌IgY处理体外培养的变链菌,应用透射电镜和扫描电镜观察其超微结构;(2)选10只大鼠.将膏体抗变链菌IgY涂抹于大鼠牙齿及牙龈表面,一周后取样作光镜和扫描电镜观察。结果:实验组部分变链菌细胞壁及荚膜层结构模糊;涂抹膏体抗变链菌IgY大鼠的牙龈、牙齿表面、窝沟和龈沟内细菌和菌班数量明显减少。结论:抗变链菌IgY和膏体抗变链菌IgY可导致变链菌细胞壁及荚膜变化;膏体抗变链菌IgY可抑制大鼠口腔病原菌生长。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the influence to the configuration of the streptococcus mutans cultured with anti-streptococcus mutans IgY and the inhibit effect to the nonnasality pathogenic bacteria of dental caries with anti-streptococcus mutans IgY mixed with toothpaste in rat. Methods:(1) The bacteria cultured separately with anti-streptococcus mutans IgY and the anti-streptococcus mutans IgY mixed with toothpaste in different consistence was observed under the TEM and SEM; (2) Smear the anti-streptococcus mutans IgY mixed with toothpaste to the gum and the teeth surface of the rat, get the material of gum and teeth after one week late, checked under the LM and SEM. Results:The cell capsule and cell wall of some streptococcus mutans was indistinct in the experiment group; the bacteria and bacteria plaque in the teeth fissure and gingival sulcus decreased obviously after smearing the anti-streptococcus mutans IgY mixed with toothpaste. Conclusion:The anti-streptococcus mutans IgY and the anti-streptococcus mutans IgY mixed with toothpaste could lead to the changes of the cell capsule and cell wall; anti-streptococcus mutans IgY mixed with toothpaste could inhibit the growth of the pathogenic bacteria in the nonnasality of rat.
