| Abstract: | A facile method for N-deallylation at the amide nitrogen of peptides is described. One-pot deallylation of a substrate through ruthenium hydride-catalyzed terminal olefin isomerization and subsequent ozonolysis gave the corresponding deallylated product under mild conditions. |
