油页岩和半焦燃点的研究

摘    要:使用LCT-1型的TG-DTA联合热分析仪与CO/CO_2 GQS-08型红外分析仪相结合,测定了抚顺、茂名和约旦三种油页岩及其半焦的燃点,提出均相着火和非均相着火机理。当进行非均相着火时,着火发生在油页岩或半焦的表面,当进行均相着火时,着火发生在包围着样品的气层中,样品进行哪种着火机理,与试样的化学和物理性质以及燃烧条件有关。通过在计算机上的关联,获得这三种油页岩和半焦的燃点数学模型,用该模型预测燃点时理论值与实测值平均相对误差:对油页岩<2.0%;对半焦<5.8%。

Abstract:The ignition characteristics of Fushun, Maoming and Jordan oil shale samples as well as their chars have been determined experimentally by using thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA)and CO/CO_2 analyzer.Two ignition mechanisms for oil shale and shale char were proposed. The heterogeneous mechanism suggests that the ignition takes place on the surface of the oil shale and/or shale char sample. the homogeneous mechanism suggests that the ignition occurs in the gas phase surrounding the particles. Which ignition mechanism will occur depends mainly on the condition of combustion, physical properties of samples and the rate of devolatilization. The empirical equations of ignition for three kinds of oil shale and their char particles (Fushun, Maoming and Jordan) have heen given. The difference of ignition temperatures for these oil shale and their char particles have been compared in terms of chemical compositions and physical properties.
