Hyperbolic metric spaces and the exotic cohomology Novikov conjecture |

| Abstract: | A geometric version of the Novikov conjecture states that certain cohomology classes of a complete metric space arise from an ideal boundary. We prove this for spaces hyperbolic in the sense of Gromov. |
