摘    要:受盐分胁迫,桑树叶片活性氧清除系统SOD、,CAT,POX及GSH的活性或含量水平逐渐下降,但仍维持较高的水平,并与低水平的细胞膜相对透性,膜脂过氧化作用相对应。

Abstract:The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POX), catalase (CAT), and the content of glutathion as the system of eradicating active oxygen gradually decreased during salt stress in four mulberry varieties (Husang 32, Xinyizhillai, Yu151, Tongxiling), but were still remained higher levels. These changes were coincided with lower increases in membrane relative permeability and lipid peroxidation. The strong capacities of eradicating active oxygen maintained in mulberry under salt stress were likely correlated with the salt tolerance of mulberry.
