| 摘 要： | 从产生相干控制光电流的基础理论，即直接带隙半导体的Kane能带模型及其基于黄金跃迁定则的跃迁矩阵元入手，给出了光生载流子在激发路径不同相对相位差下的动量空间分布图，提示了相干控制光电流的物理实质，即产生动量空间不对称分布、某一方向分布占优的载流子而产生电流，通过激发光场的相位对电流的大小和方向进行控制.最后介绍了相干控...
