| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的迅速发展，商业贿赂犯罪已成为我国目前新形势下日益泛滥的一种犯罪现象，它严重破坏了公平竞争的市场秩序，加剧了行业不正之风，目前还没有得到有效地遏制。本文结合商业贿赂犯罪的发案特点，分析了商业贿赂犯罪的种种原因，旨在提出治理商业贿赂犯罪的有效对策。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of market economy,commercial bribery crimes have increased very fast,which seriously undermined the market order of fair competition and encouraged some malpractices.There is no effective way to stop them.In the light of the characteristics of commercial bribery crime,this paper analyzes the reasons of commercial bribery in order to put forward effective countermeasures to cope with commercial bribery. |
