5A分子筛粉末对四氢呋喃水合物的生成及分解过程的影响

摘    要:在低于0 ℃和常压下, 将粉碎并筛分后的成型5A分子筛粉末加入四氢呋喃-水(二者质量比为19:81)体系中, 用显微镜观察5A分子筛粉末的存在对四氢呋喃水合物生成和分解过程的影响. 结果表明, 5A分子筛粉末能够促进四氢呋喃水合物的生成. 5A分子筛粉末存在下, 四氢呋喃水合物生成方式主要表现为两种, 脉状生成和块状生成; 同时5A分子筛粉末能够提高四氢呋喃水合物结晶所需要的温度, 降低四氢呋喃水合物的分解温度; 而且5A分子筛粉末粒径的大小及分布对四氢呋喃水合物生成及分解的特性也有很大影响.

Abstract:Visual observations of tetrahydrofuran (THF) hydrate formation and dissociation processes with 5A-type zeolite powder were made at normal atmospheric conditions and below zero temperature by microscope. Results indicate that 5A-type zeolite powder can promote THF hydrate growth. At the same time, in the presence of 5A-type zeolite, agglomerated crystals and vein-like crystals of THF hydrate were also formed. 5A-type zeolite powder increases the crystallization temperature and decreases the dissociation temperature. The particle size distribution of 5A-type zeolite powder influences THF hydrate formation and its dissociation characteristics significantly.
