摘    要:小麦核组8号,是通过体细胞组织培养与辐射诱变相结合的离体诱变技术育成的新品种,这在世界上尚属首例.该品种是核技术与生物技术的结合产物,具有高产、早熟、抗病、耐湿、优质等优点.采用离体诱变技术,能成倍提高变异频率、加快变异稳定、缩短育种年限,缩小选择世代的群体,从而提高育种效率.此技术,在作物育种上具有广泛的应用价值与广阔的发展前景.
