微量元素铁联合MCV、RDW对儿童缺铁性贫血的临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨微量元素铁(Fe)联合红细胞平均体积(MCV)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)对儿童缺铁性贫血的临床价值。方法对82例缺铁性贫血儿童进行微量元素铁、MCV、RDW的测定。结果与正常对照组比较,缺铁性贫血(IDA)组微量元素铁值显著降低(P〈0.01);MCV值均显著降低(P〈0.01),RDW值明显增大(P〈0.01)。结论微量元素铁联合MCV、RDW对缺铁性贫血有重要的临床意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the trace elements of iron (Fe) and mean corpuscular volume (MCV), red blood cell volume distribution width (RDW) of clinical value in children with iron deficiency anemia. Method For determination of 82 cases of children with iron deficiency anemia of trace elements Fe, MCV, RDW. Results Compared with the normal control group, iron deficiency anemia (IDA) group of trace elements iron values decreased significantly (P 〈 0. 01 ); the MCV value was significantly lower ( P 〈 0. 01 ), RDW significantly increased ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The trace elements iron combined with MCV, RDW has important clinical significance on iron deficiency anemia.
