| Abstract: | In the technique of shooting the basketball from his shoulder with a single hand,the player's rignt way of raising the ball to his shoulder determines the correct method of holding the ball before shooting it,thus leading to a good percenlage of hits.This article aims at a study of the method of raising the basketball before shooting it from the shoulder with a single hand,providing a theoretical basis for the teaching and training of basketball playersin the days to come,and especially for the beginners to have a good commard of the skill in shooting the ball from the shoulder with a single hand. |
