以负载型H_3PW_(12)O_(40)/C为催化剂合成MTBE的研究

摘    要:报道了负载型杂多酸H3PW1 2 O40 C在催化合成MTBE中的应用 .研究了影响MTBE收率的因素 ,如催化剂负载量、原料配比、压力、反应温度及时间等 .在最佳反应条件下 ,叔丁醇最高转化率达到 77.2 % ,MTBE收率可达 5 6.4 % .该方法投料操作简便 ,对设备无腐蚀 ,催化剂耐高温耐磨并可回收再生

Abstract:It is reported that the study on using H_3PW_(12)O_(40)/C as the catalyst to prepare MTBE from methanol and tert-butyl alcohol. And try to detailed to find out the factors influence the yields such as supported capacities of the catalyst, mol ratio of reactants,pressure, reaction temperature and time. Under the optimum condition, the highest conversion of tert-butyl alcohol is 77.2?% and the yield of MTBE is 56.4?%. The method has the advantages of simple operation, no corrosion to equipment, the catalyst which is heat-resisting and wear-resisting can be retrieved to reuse.
