摘    要:研究了西维因和叶绿素共存时光度法测定呋喃丹的方法。呋喃丹水解为酚类物质 ,再用对硝基苯重氮氟硼酸盐显色法测其含量。从西维因和叶绿素的吸收光谱曲线中 ,可看出波长 5 2 7、6 34nm吸光度均相等 ,采用双波长法可消除两者对测定的干扰

Abstract:This paper studied the determination of carbofuran when carbaryl and chlorophyll coexisted.Carbofuran was first hydrolyzed to hydroxybenzene.Then it became coloured matter with 4-nitrobenediazonium-tertrafluorborat.From the absorption spectra of carbaryl and chlorophyll,it is found that the absorbance of the spectra centered at 527 and 634nm is equal to each other,and their disturbance was avoided with dual-wavelength spectrophotrometry.
