校园绿色图书馆建筑运行性能实测分析

摘    要:以绿色和常规图书馆建筑为例, 从室内热湿环境、光环境、空气品质、用户满意度等方面对其相同功能区进行实测与调查, 对比分析两者的室内环境质量和能耗水平. 结果表明 绿色图书馆建筑室内热湿环境和CO2体积分数优于常规图书馆建筑, 但室内光环境水平低于常规图书馆建筑; 绿色图书馆建筑全年能耗水平约为71.95kWh·(m2·a)-1, 常规图书馆建筑全年耗能水平约为90.48kWh·(m2·a)-1, 两者能耗水平差别的主要原因是常规图书馆全年平均空调用电量远高于绿色图书馆建筑. 因此, 常规图书馆建筑在能耗优化时应重点考虑采取措施降低空调能耗. 研究结果可为促进图书馆建筑实际运行效能提供有益参考.

Abstract:This research concerns the operation performance of both green and conventional library building. The issues relating to indoor environment quality and energy consumption level are comparatively analyzed. Indoor environment quality is broken down into four aspects, that is, thermal environment, luminous environment, air quality, and user’s satisfaction of the indoor environment quality. The results show that indoor thermal environment and air quality of the green building have a slight advantage over those of the conventional library building, but indoor luminous environment of the green library building is not as satisfying as that of the conventional building. The annual energy consumption of green library building is about 71.95kWh·(m2·a)-1, in contrast, for the conventional library building it reaches about 90.48kWh·(m2·a)-1, meaning that energy consumption level of the green building is generally better. The main reason for the different energy consumption level is because of the annual average electricity consumption of the air conditioning system, and the conventional library consumes much higher power than the green library. For the conventional library building, measures should be taken to reduce energy consumption of the air conditioning system, so as to make optimal energy consumption for the entire building. The study provides useful reference for promoting better energy consumption and operation performance of library building.
