HMX炸药的重结晶超细化技术研究

摘    要:改善HMX炸药的重结晶细化效果。通过制备HMX超微粉体炸药的研究,提出一种化学重结晶与物理作用相结合的喷射细化方法。其核心技术在于炸药溶液与非溶剂的混合方式采取了喷射分散混合,强烈搅拌混合的射流使炸药颗粒以极快的速度沉淀,并产生超细粒度,得到了0.62 ̄1.10μm的HMX超细炸药。叙述了该方法的理论基础并探讨了喷射细化机理,采用喷射细化方法能明显改善HMX炸药的重结晶细化效果,其细化产品粒度分布

Abstract:To improve the recrystallizing-fine effect of explosive HMX, a novel method——the spray-fine method which combines chemical action with physical action——was presented. Jet-dispersing was used in the mixed process of HMX solution and non-solvent and ultrafine particles were precipitated at a rapid velocity. 0.62~1.10μm particle of explosive HMX were prepared and the theoretical basis of the method and the mechanism of the spray-fine process were elucidated. The recrystallizing-fine effect of explosive HMX can be distinctly improved by using the spray-fine method and a narrow range of particle size distribution of explosive HMX can be obtained.
