交指型微带带通滤波器的设计

摘    要:阐述了交指型微带带通滤波器的原理,利用Agilent ADS和Ansoft HFSS软件仿真得到了通带为7.0~10.3 GHz的交指型带通滤波器。该滤波器的相对带宽达到38.2%,且插损小、带外抑制良好。加工出实物后,实测结果与理论仿真值吻合良好。

Abstract:The basic principles of Interdigital microstrip bandpass filter are expounded. Then a brief example of designing a broad-band filter with the frequency from 7.0 to 10. 3 GHz is proposed by using Agilent ADS and Ansoft HFSS. An FBW of 38.2% with low insertion and high isolation is achieved. The filter is fabricated, and the simulated and measured results are found to be in acceptable agreement with each other.
