网络购物环境下物流满意评价模型及实证研究

摘    要:中国网络购物发展迅速,市场规模持续递增.物流在网络购物中的作用不容忽视,已成为影响其发展的重要因素.在国外物流服务质量评价指标与中国本土物流服务质量评价指标基础上,结合顾客对中国网络购物物流抱怨的集中点,构建物流满意评价指标,运用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,应用模糊综合评价理论构建物流满意评价模型,通过实证分析验证了模型的有效性,并尝试提出一些改善物流满意的措施.

Evaluation Model about Logistics Satisfaction in Shopping Online and Empirical Study
Abstract:The development of shopping online is rapid in China,the market continues to increase.The role of logistics can not be ignored in shopping online,it has become the important factor which can influence development of shopping online.Basing on the logistics service quality evaluation index about foreign and local china,combining with the customers' complains about the logistics in China's shopping online,put forward the evaluation index of logistics satisfaction.Utilizing the AHP to calculate the weight of each index,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,the evaluation model of logistics satisfaction is designed.Through the empirical study,verify the validity of the model,and try to put forward some measures to improve logistics satisfaction.
