| 摘 要： | 采用2002-2011年的江苏规模以上制造业面板数据,运用结构变化K值和Moore结构模型对比考察制造业产业结构、用工结构的变动速度和程度,运用结构偏离度模型对江苏制造业具体产业结构和用工结构的结构偏离方向、偏离变化情况进行实证分析.结果表明,近10年江苏制造业产业结构、用工结构各自变化呈扩大趋势,两者相比用工结构变化更明显.同时,产业结构与用工结构存在一定偏离,不同产业偏离方向和偏离程度存在差异,大部分劳动密集型产业为负偏离结构,而资本密集型产业为正偏离结构.

The Empirical Analysis of the Change and the Deviation Relationship Between Industry Structure and Employment Structure in Jiangsu |

| Abstract: | based on panel data of manufacturing industries above designated size during the period 2002 to 2011 in Jiangsu,the paper studies comparatively on change rate and extent of industrial structure and employment structure of Jiangsu manufacturing industry by the structure change K value and Moore structure models.The structure deviation degree model is used to analysis the deviating direction and variety of above two structures.The results show that the change of two structures presents enlarge trend respectively in nearly10 years.Compared with industrial structure,the change of employment structure is more obvious.At the same time,the industrial structure and employment structure has certain deviation,different industry presents different deviations of the direction and degree.Most labor intensive industry has a negative deviation from structure,while the capital intensive industry into the positive deviation structure. |
