摘    要:建立了从土壤中同时提取甲草胺、乙草胺和丁草胺并采用气相色谱法测定的分析方法.采用丙酮-石油醚(2:1,V/V)为提取液,经弗罗里矽硅土固相萃取柱净化,超声30 min、振荡10 min.测定结果显示,甲草胺、乙草胺、丁草胺的保留时间分别为16.333,16.019,20.249 min;线性相关系数>0.9990;6个...

Abstract:An analytical method was developed for the simultaneous extraction of alachlor,acetochlor and butachlor from soil and the determination of their residues by gas chromatography.Acetone-petroleum ether(2:1,V/V)was used as the extraction solution,and solid phase extraction column with Flores was used for purification.The results showed that the retention time of alachlor,acetochlor and butachlor were 16.333,16.019,20.249 min,respectively,with the linear correlation coefficients(R)greater than 0.9990;The recoveries of 6 parallel samples were between 84.9%and 101.0%at the addition level of 0.10,0.50,0.90 mg/kg with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)between 0.88%and 4.3%.The detection limits were300 ng/kg for alachlor,400 ng/kg for acetochlor and 400 ng/kg for butachlor.The quantitative limits were3.3μg/kg for alachlor,3.9μg/kg for acetochlor and 3.9μg/kg for butachlor,respectively.The method can be used for the simultaneous determination of alachlor,acetochlor and butachlor in soil.
